Rented: From 2003 To 2004

When I first moved to Towne Square the management was great. Then they changed management and it went down hill from there. The people in the office were not very nice. My room mate and I both paid extra deposits and when it came time to move out, they charged us for "cleaning". Although we cleaned completely, they still said that it wasn't good enough and charged us almost $300. When I asked for proof (either pictures or bills from the cleaning company confirming what they cleaned), they said they didn't have anything. But of course it's our word against thiers. Also, 2 cars were broken into within 6 months and the grounds were not kept up after Bill (the original Mgr) left. I would not recommend living there to anyone!!!
