If you have a response for me directly, why don't you be just as bold and email me directly?!? I walked INTO the office and told the lady at the desk all about how unhappy I was and was told, "I'm sorry." So now I'll have to take time off work to schedule an appointment with the "manager" sit down and explain again about why we are so unhappy to have her say "I'm sorry." What's the point? From reading the rest of the reviews and talking to our neighbors I know not to expect anything out of the management at this complex.
