Upkeep on the grounds has all but stopped, examples: * Landscaping seemed to have been cut off completely for months on end, until very recently * Lights that go out are never fixed causing many unsafe dark areas, some are broken completely * People have taken to breaking into the pool by bending back the insanely rusty and unpainted bars, and their fix has been to tie up boards in their place * Exterminator service seems to have been canceled. The grounds are overrun with ants all over the sidewalks, actual buildings, and inside people's apartments.

The monthly newsletter that used to have great information is now used as April's own personal rant space, where she commonly bitches and vents like a 12 year old on a gaming forum about her tenants. It is completely childish and unprofessiona and my neighbors have spent hours mocking these "new" newsletters.

Even if you put down a pet deposit, when you move out expect to be billed for carpet cleaning, no matter how long you've lived there or how much cash you've tossed down for security or pet deposits. This new management will do everything in their power to bill you for anything they can.

*** They do NOT clean their apartments before giving them to new tennants. Multiple people are complaining about this. They, apparently, are relying on the tennants that are moving out to fully clean for the new people moving in. You know, the people that are moving out and could care less about the old place. If you are moving in expect to spend a few days just scrubbing the place down.
