Rented: From 2005 To 2006

Not enough maintenance staff here. Problems with bugs in the apartments especially cockroaches. Grass areas not kept up during the summer months leaving a lot of dust and dirt around with daily watering of these areas promoting mosquitos. Never see security around even though I know they are there. Because the buildings are not properly sound, you can here conversations outside the apartments. Charcoal grills not kept up or cleaned up. Rent too high for these apartments based on how they are kept up. Outside of the buildings in need of repair.
