Review for Towne Square Apartments

Yesterday was our actual move in day to our apartment. We show up to the apartment and the front office tells us that they have not changed the locks yet so it will be a little while until it is done. 30 minutes later they come out into the lobby and tell us that our apartment is not ready what-so-ever. The carpet has not even been changed yet! We have all of our stuff packed up and ready to move in and you are going to tell us that it is not ready on the date we are supposed to move in???? What is this bull shit? We go off and sneak over to the apartment to actually see how bad it really is. OH MY GOD!!!! We open the door and it is a complete and utter SHITHOLE. It has not even been touched. The carpet is literally black, there are no blinds, the entire tile is cracked, there are things growing in the bathroom that a probably not even a known species yet........... It was disgusting. Seriously, I would have not even let my dog take a shit in there, that's how disgusting it was.

The supposed "management" was out of town and frankly could have given TWO shits about our apartment our situation! They just keep blaming it on everyone else- no one would fess up that they fucked up!! What is this shit!!! We had a contract saying this shit would be ready when we moved in and you can't even stick to that! Hmmm, I wonder how it is going to be there to live there for a year.... To say the least, we have definitely moved to a completely different complex which is fabulous! Dont EVER move to Towne Square. Absolutely the worst management that has ever existed!

This sounds exactly like the staff at Towne Square and their caring attitudes.
