Review for Towne Square Apartments

I lived at this place for about three years in different apartments. The first one in the newer end was ok at first till stuff started going wrong. the washer broke, took forever to fix, the dryer same thing. they never replaced either one just kept rigging it to work. The water heater broke they came out the first time and did something a week later broke again, called mantenance, he had the guts to ask if it was important or could it wait till the next day, well someone came out and while putting in a new one left the apartment and then it started flooding the inside of the apartment, thank god nothing was ruined. Second apartment three bedroom, older side, after moving in everything started breaking, then the water from the toilet, part hooked to wall, broke and flooded the whole place, i was at work and they moved all my stuff out to an upstairs vacant apartment, never cleaned and expected us to stay there while we waited i said i don't think so, made them pay for hotel. took them almost a week to move the stuff back in to the apartment, they didn't replace the carpet which is sick on its own. roaches and ants all the time. after the flood the air conditioner froze up cause of the humidity and moisture in the place from the flood. When we moved, they tried to charge us for new carpet, i don't think so, and new blinds and everything, nothing was wrong with anything when i left but well need my good credit and couldn't prove anything. bet the same ones that i had are still there. noisy neighbors partying all the time and security after hours does nothing. Just so you all know, the newer apartments aren't any better then the older ones and yes they charge way to much for what you actually have to go thru to live there.
