My Ceiling Fell In! The Whole Apartment!

We moved in and should have known the first day! The carpet had been flooded overnight the night before our move in date. I was delayed in moving in due to the carpet needing to be dried. That was the least of it: pubic hair from previous tenant left in the bathroom cabinets, dirt above the ceiling fan (layers!) refrigerator was old and decrepit, kitchen cabinets were warped, screen missing on shower window, blinds needed to replaced due to being warped, it was like no one had cleaned it since the building was built! To top it off, 8 months of living here we awoke to our ceiling caving in throughout the apartment due to flooding from the apartment above from their washer. Please do not consider moving in here, if they turned around and paid us for a year we still wouldn't live here. Can't leave soon enough.
