Review for Towne Square Apartments

The water has been shut off for "necessary repairs" at least (20) times over the past (3) years. These so called repairs always happen in the same location. Obviously, they're only concerned with doing a half-ass job.

This morning I discovered the water was shut off without ANY NOTIFICATION. Imagine my surprise when I went to take a shower before work. This also happened last month. When I got home from work (it was 110 degrees outside) I had no water.

And here's what the office said when I called them "Sorry, some buildings got missed when they sent out the notifications" That's it? The entire office is incompetent.

I know people who have lived here in the past and this is definitely not the same place they once lived at.

They let ANYONE in the door these days. My single neighbor below me treats this place like a frat house & there is still garbage & beer bottles outside on the lawn from this weekend. I now know what the phrase “junk yard dogs” mean!

I'm fed up with this place and I am very happy to say I'm moving to a GREAT community who happens to have NO complaints on this website!
