Rented: From 2008 To 2009

You will like this place if you don't NEED water(like the other review says), if you want to pay a lot of money after you move out, if you want your car broken into, if you like noisy neighbors, if you like being treated like chicken shit by the management staff, if you like OLD appliances that don't work, if you like carpet that comes out of the floor within a week of you moving in, if you like 110 F heat inside the house without AC working in the summer months in Arizona for weeks, if you like to be told that you damaged the apartment and haev to pay $1300 + after you move out or they will send it to collections in 10 days, and this amount is over the deposit you have paid, etc etc
