Apartment Review for Villamora Apartments

Villamora Apartments is the worst complex to live. Any complex owned by PEM management would be a bad place to live. Assuming management gets the direction they utilize from the corporate office.
Villamora has terrible parking arrangements, the noise factor is a disaster as management will not be responsible for handling any complaints, and they want the tenants to bother the police with this problem.
Mold, scorpions, roaches are a real problem. The washer and dryer never works right, the appliances are terrible. The rear pool is always green – you can’t use is 70% of the time – what a mess.
This is by far the worst place we ever lived. The only reason we came here was due to job location and we got strapped due to financial issues, but what a mistake it was to ever live here, can hardly wait until this last lease is over.
