Fountain Hills LUXURY??

There has been an increase in crime lately but I guess that is all over Phoenix. I think the adjective luxury is stretching it a bit. These apartments are pretty old but clean. The pool area is nice and newly updated. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I think it is a bit pricey for this market but . . . it IS Fountain Hills.
