Wanting to Evict Tenants for Unfair Reasons... ( over a year ago )

Reviewed by: Anonymous
One of the girls from the office called my friend and told her that someone complained about her dog barking. Then she said that if my friend had one more complaint, they would give her a 10 day eviction. She spoke to the manager and the manager said the other girl from the office made a mistake. I would like to know when the girls in the office do not make a mistake. The girls in the office are so rude and quick to threaten eviction. They have a serious attitude problem and I would not recommend living here. My friend ended up moving to another apartment here. All of this has made her sick to her stomach and she is not happy about moving. I feel so bad for her.
If you need help or have questions, they act irritated that you called. I live in an apartment because I do not want to worry about plumbing issues and hiring outside contractors. I had a plumbing issue and they told me to use the other bathroom. I pay for two toilets, not one. And why should my apartment smell like sewer for an entire weekend? The girl in the office told me what was wrong with my toilet. She said that I need to flush it more. How would she know? She's not a plumber by trade and she works in the office. I am so frustrated. I would tell you not to live in Azul or Borrego Apartments. I have lived in 6 different states and I have never seen such a rude office staff.
I also stopped in to ask a question and one of the girls was on the computer. She was facebooking and I could see that she was commenting on a friend's page. It's not like she was on the Mark-Taylor Facebook page. I saw the photos from the Summer Groove Party and found one of the office girls on the Fans of Mark-Taylor page. Her photos were totally inappropriate. You can clearly see from those photos how uneducated the office staff is.

The newest staff member, Laura, has been a nice addition. She handles situations professionally and has been a positive improvement to the staff. There is still a lady in there that I am surprised still has a job- her snotty attitude is ridiculous!
I have lived in two other apartments and this is the best one by far. The parking stickers are lame but it has to happen to prevent all the ignorant jerks that think they can park anywhere they want. They do need to beef-up security because the late night swimmers often don't have respect for the tenants around them but that happens just about any apartment. I don't know if I have ever seen security in the complex- it would help people feel better if they saw someone.
Yes, the dog/cat poop around is a little bit of a problem but there are clean-up bags everywhere. Once again, ignorant people in the complex are to blame. The office staff shouldn't have to follow pets (or better yet people) around to make sure they follow the rules. Pets don't ruin the appearance of the building, people do.
