I actually live here now. I loved these apartments. They are the nicest apartments I have ever seen in AZ. No other apartment I've seen has granite, gas, and they don't have those long gross vertical blinds like every apartment does!
Well I guess I learned the meaning of “don’t judge a book by its cover”
Parking is horrible. If you get home from work after 6pm you will be driving around like a mad person with 10 other cars behind you trying to find the closest spot to your apartment. Even then you’ll still find yourself walking about a mile to get home, park across the street in the dirt road, or if you’re brave enough and risk your car being towed and park in all the **** covered parking that nobody is using! If you want covered parking they charge you an extra $25. This is ridiculous considering what you are already paying for rent, oh yeah and all those fabulous amenities. The pool is really nice, I mean really nice. Except for the 10,546 screaming kids running around! This complex has one pool probably about 100 covered parking spots and about 10,000 residents! Also there are cockroaches randomly in your bathroom coming out of the top of your shower, crickets are all over my 3rd story patio, and when our air is on there is the loudest screeching noise that I now use as my alarm clock! Can’t wait to move!
