San Martin is positioned at the center of Glendale, a little over a mile from City Hall. There are a bunch of restaurants tenants can choose from with La Piazza Al Forno, Haus Murphy's, and Bitz-ee Mama's in the area. Taking the bus is effortless considering all of the bus stops nearby. The malls are distant from the complex, on the other hand there is many diverse options for groceries, allowing residents to have their picks for the weekly shopping. The Bead Museum and Smecc Always Buying-Ed Sharpe are two museums that are placed nearby. Although reviewers have stated some repairs have been necessary for the apartments, reviewers appreciate the offer of many onsite resident activities to bring the community together. Casa Del Sol Resort East is placed by the Loop 101. This location provides many features for tenants who live there. Quail Run Golf Course and Sun City North Golf Course are both convenient for those who are interested in hitting the green. Carolina’s Mexican Food, Bobo China, and Peoria Café are all in the same neighborhood and are just a few places to dine. Shopping centers are a bit of a drive, but residents can turn the day into a shopping adventure. An array of grocery stores are placed around the complex for convenient shopping trips. The Coves at Newport is located right across from Arizona State University West. The property offers students and staff a perfect location and an easy commute to the university. Rayner’s Chocolate and Coffee Shop, Calzona Foods Inc, and Cooper Door Bar are just some restaurants in the neighborhood. There are also a few parks that are placed near The Coves like Sunset Palms Park and Cactus Park. Located right on the edge of Skunk Creek are the apartments of Indigo Creek, which off a view of the shore. Across the way is Greenbrier Park which offers the tenants the opportunity to get in tune with the outdoors. Reviews comment on the great staff and how helpful they have been. There are some updates that may be needed, however nothing over the top. The layout is nice and there is tranquil atmosphere at night, which only adds to this great and safe community.
