I am thankful that my lease is almost over. My apartment has had an odor since I moved it. When I moved in the carpet had just been cleaned but should have been replaced. The stains started coming through after the first month and I cant stand it. The noise from the mall's traffic is annoying and so are the lights from the mall parking lot. My washing machine is garbage, it is so loud!! My car has been broken into twice. Last night when it rained the sprinklers leaked all over my bed and the water was rusty and stained my white comforter. The maintence guys are great, I live near the nasty dumpster and people are always making a mess when trying to throw stuff into it and missing and the maintence guys clean it up right away and I really do appreciate that. There are several apartments in this area and if I had to do it over again I would pay a little more to live in a better complex, with nice carpet, better washing machine and away from the mall!!
