This apartment overall...... SUCKS... in the 2 months that we have been here our vehicles have had graffitti written on them... neighbors party and fight at all hours of the day and night... drug use and sales are very common here... also apparently so is gun usage legal or otherwise... tonight i watched as someone torched another persons belongings without a second thought... and the management here... what management??? Being from out of state the first thing we asked was about the overall safety of the area... this was one of the first of many lies we were told.. we were told that they were to sign a contract with Glendale Police to patrol the area to get rid of the "unwanted" that was here at all hours of the day and night... that was over a month ago and we havent seen a police car in this area since... we were also told our apartment would come with new carpeting... but suprisingly... the carpet was filthy when we moved in with large black spots all over the floors... not to mention that every door is patched where someone had put there fist through it!!! We hate this place... we hate this area!!! Would we recommend it??? ummm what do you think?
