Crime rate is very high here. The cops are here at least once a day if not more. Lots of hate crimes here. And the Glendale police and apartment management will not do anything about it. Pools are always broken. You pay rent for a pool that is rarely open. Laundry room always has broken washers and driers. Parking is really bad. I had my car smashed in the parking lot. A week later someone broke into it and stole my radio. I couldn't get a parking spot near my apartment so i could keep an eye on my car. I had to park about 100 yards away around the corner where my car was out of sight. Lots of drug dealers here.
