Review for Bethenay Village Apartments

Rent is cheap around $400-$450 for one bedroom and two for about 500 bucks.
My credit is as bad as they come but yet they signed me
up, i think the only thing they check for is felonies.
about 80% mexican, 15 percent white
and few blacks here and there.


The buildings are OLD and if you happen to
have a problem maintenance man usually
do patch work (this happened to me several occassions)
