The office staff looks the other way when something bad happens. They tried to fix up the pool area and near the office, but the rest of our building where I lived had exposed foundations. Dogs do their deeds absolutely everywhere and noone cares about it. Live here if you love the smell of dog crap blowing in the wind. The office staff has lost 3 rent payments in 1 year and another 2 were posted to someone else's apartment. No repairs were ever made athough numerous work orders were filed. I gave up after my 1 year lease. If you have any brains at all, please stay away from this place. Well, unless you like seeing cops surrounding your building everyday you come home from work. hey, if that's your thing and you do drugs.... this is the place for you!!
