Allmost Every apartment is infested with roaches, neighbors are noisy druggys. i have a nieghbor who lives across the way who lets his dog run around without a leash, and kets it poop everywhere. landscape and buildings are nasty and rundown. they never fix a damn thing and if they do its a year later. crime is extremly bad, the new owners have let it get this way. not a good place to live at all.
