Too much money for what is promised!
1980's kitchen and bathroom. Tacky, outdated. Previous tenant was a drug dealer so I had lots and lots of unwanted knocks and yells at my door at all hours of night. Dogs swim in the pool. Dogs poop everywhere without any cleanup. Grills are gross and never cleaned.
And don't even think about trying to leave before your rent is up. They will get your last dime to punish you for wanting to move to a cleaner, safer place.
The photos on the website were taken when the place was brand new. Please walk through the complex and see for yourself....really messy, dirty, loud on weekends.
The parking lot is full of holes and rips up your car when you drive though.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. I paid too much and got shanked!!!!
