My car along with many others' cars have been broken into. Somebody attempted to steal my car. They did break into it and caused quite a bit of damage. Everybody here has a Club on their cars (they need it). I have talked to somebody whose car was stolen from the property. Me and my girlfriend moved here from New York without seeing the property first. We were assured that this property has security. The security guy walks around the parking lot maybe once or twice per night, which is definitely NOT enough security for this place. Management was not helpful at all when I told them about what happened to my car. I would definitely recommend an apartment complex that has a gate. Ant to top it all off, the rent at Ridgepoint is high. I definitely would NOT rent here again nor would I recommend Ridgepoint apartments to anybody.
