The office took 6 months to get me a new lease ( I have lived here 4 years) You get nothing for renewal. Not even a carpet cleaning. I found my first roach (came up the pipes in my dishwahser) This is a real shitty place to live. My apt was flooded and they won't repair my tile or drywall/ The unit upstairs had a hot water heater leak uncontrollably and I guess thats my fault this place is a joke
