Apartment Reviews for Cantamar - Glendale

I have lived here for two years, and I love it. The maintenance staff fix things quickly and efficiently. The management always checks up to see if we are satisfied! It is quiet here! The pool is well taken care of. The Care Team provides fun activities for residents which helps the feel of "neighborhood." The location is very conveninet..very close to I17 and not too far to Arrowhead Mall. The parking is not too bad, but sometimes people have assigned places too far away from their apartments while others have a front door parking area. I would recommend these apartments. They are spacious, and I feel like I am "home." <P>

Cantamar has had some changes but for the past two years have done nothing but improved. I came to Arizona knowing nothing about this area. The office team was very friendly and warming with information. The "Cares Team" welcomed me and my family to join the Kids Club and often has community activities. Everyone I have met here has been very nice. The property is usually clean and well maintained. Lanscapers are here ever week. The pool has been a bit of a problem but that is only because of some young inconsiderate tenants.There are also some selfish people that think they dont have to do anything to their homes because they live in an apartment so they dont clean up after their pets.But over all I have been very pleased with this complex and have already mentioned to others that this is a nice place to live. It is in a great location to 101,17 and Arrowhead Mall.And of course they discount to MMI students. That was definatley a plus. <P>

I have lived at Cantamar for nearly a year, and I am very happy here. I have read the other reviews, and it is pretty obvious that the people who have submitted their spiteful rants have "an ax to grind" for whatever reason. I have not experienced any of the problems that they claimed to have endured. Maybe if I live here for four years or longer, I will have had to deal with some of those issues. I find it comical that someone who hated it here so much, chose to stay here for so long. When I moved into Cantamar, Brandy from the office told me that Skywest Properties had run this property since 1999 with the same maintenance man since they started. In my opinion, the grounds look very nice and there is minimal litter, and I see landscapers here every week. I have only seen pet waste on a few occasions, & it did't sit there for a long period of time. It is the pet owners' responsibility to clean up after their pets anyway, isn't it? My apartment was in good clean condition when I moved in. I only needed maintenance to fix a couple of things, and they were efficient and polite. I abide by the policies here, & I have not had any problems with my neighbors, either. I know I am a fortunate individual, but I also believe that we create our own happiness or ****, for that matter. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone! <P>

THE APARTMENTS ARE IMMACULATE AND THE GROUNDS ARE KEPT PRISTINE !!!!!!!!!!! THE STAFF HERE IS WONDERFUL AND HAS CATERED TO ALL OUR NEEDS....JENNIFER AND BRITNEY ARE FIRST CLASS PEOPLE AND RUN A FIRST CLASS COMPLEX. THERE IS ALSO A CARE TEAM HERE THAT RUNS EVENTS DURING THE MONTH AND PUTS OUT A NEWSLETTER..........I HAVE NEVER RENTED A NICER APARTMENT !!!!

Very helpful and courteous staff, clean and well-maintained grounds, and very high-quality apartments.

the staff, including maitenance and management, are very helpful and prompt. there is a nice family atmosphere here and everyone seems to be nice.

I have lived at Cantamar for three years and have know
complaints. The previous post sounds like she was the old manager and still wants her job back after 5 years.
Lady if your that unhappy don't renew your lease,
just move!!!!!!!!
