I loveeeee living here. I lived in the back where its suppose to be "scary & Ghetto" I have never once had a problem. I lived by myself and Im a tiny person. If I can do it anyone can. The office ladies are awesome, sometimes forgetful but always get it done. The maint men are also fab. Mike is my favorite. He gets his job done when needed. I have never had a problem with Mike entering my apartment.. Outside of all that This is a great place to live. Itll be a sad sad sad day when I leave to move into a house.! Great job you guys!

i love living here. the staff is really nice & helpful. my apartment is awesome. i can't believe i only pay $660/mo and my entire apt is full of beautiful tile flooring & super upgraded. my neighbors are nice.

Spacious units with in-suite washer & dryer - bonus! Maintenance staff are quick to respond to issues. Has 24 hour answering service. Office staff are knowledgeable and professional. Nice pool with new pool furniture. I'm glad I moved here. Police have a sub-station here which is nice for security in addition to the nightly security patrol.

Very nice aprtments for the price. Very spacious, has small stackable washer and dryer. Office staff are pretty attenative to your needs. Maintenance does a thorough job. Rent isn't until the 5th which is always helfpul. They accept personal checks, no need to run and get a money order, also helpful. The dumpster area is always overfilled and disgusting though. Other than that the grounds of the courtyard and grass area are kept up nice. I has really enjoyed it here.
