We have lived here for 6 years. Overall, I would have to say it is a nice apartment that we live in. It's quiet and the residents that we've come in contact with are very nice. The only REAL complaint I have with this place is it's lack in security! Our cars have been broken into twice over the past year. The gates to the apartment complex never seem to work any longer than 3 days at a time, and you hardly EVER see the security patrol. They seem to have only one person doing that job. With the past history of this place (a very high level of car theft), you would think that they would have more than one person to patrol the whole complex. Just last night, our car got broken into AGAIN and the stereo/speaker box taken. A window was broken and needs replacing. <P>

The apartments are nice, no complaints there. But the parking is horrible! Our parking spot is so far away from our apartment, that we never use our covered spot. The complex gets very noisy on the weekend, with cars going in and out. They don't have short term leases, and if you want to renew your lease, your rent will go up!
