Never Never move there it looks great,but it's all a front. apt had broken dishwasher,n garbage disposal the hole time lived there. was broken into
appt Vandalised landlord never came to check damage!or had anythind repaired. Rude loud neighbors kids Ruuning around unsupervised loud noise at all hours !!!Be Ware!!!!!

Maryland Lakes is in a safe, clean area. There is no problem with drugs or crime. I feel safe here. The only problem is that the managers are the same, I been here for three years and there has been over three or four managers. Tons of maintence come and go and STILL NOTHING GET'S FIXED HERE, IT TAKES OVER THREE MONTHS TO FIX ANYTHING. When you put in a work order, Michelle(the manager) or the "assistant manage"(I forgot her name) they write it down on a piece of paper. I take it that once you leave the rental office, they throw it away. I been waiting for the past three months to get my airconditoner and garbage disposale and other things fixed. It's time to move from here.
it's a very nice place to live and also very quite, the community manager is very helpful and he keep's the place very well kept. nice people that live there.
