Apartment Review for Monte Vista Manor Apartments

This is ideal for a pet owner. I have no pets yet have to smell and avoid others. I can't let my kids play in the grass here because of it. I'm dealing with a new neighbor that smokes and it's coming in via the floor and walls and the only advice given by staff is air fresheners. If toilet breaks on a Friday it won't get fixed til Monday but maintenance is pretty fast overall. Appliance very outdated and moved in with stained and stitched carpet. Can't wait to move! Been here almost 2 years due to great rental rate.
