Apartment Review for Newport Landing

It's absolutely horrible at Newport Landing. The management is unprofessional, unethical and apparently racist, and it doesn't matter what color you are. Crime is out of control with stolen and burglarized cars daily, it's disturbingly dark due to poor maintenance and not safe for women or kids, management lies about everything including the mini-theater which hasn't worked in a year, the clubhouse which is a waiting room, and do much more. The assistant manager's kid got arrested for vandalizing cars and apartments and they still live here. If anyone else did that they'd be thrown out immediately.

Don't rent here, there's much, much better out there, and if you have to pay more in rent, do it, because it's worth it. Management is dumb as a rock, and about as interested in you.
