Apartment Review for Newport Landing

This has been the worst experience of my life. The complex is falling apart, crime is out of control and there's barely a minute peace with all the noise. The floorplans are nice but the complex itself is so poorly maintained it's not worth the grief. I MIGHT renew if they dropped my rent $300 a month and gave me two or three months free, but I would much rather move to a nicer community in a better area of town than deal with this place. Management is the worst, and maintenance, well, good luck! Security is a joke, you're on your own in this ghetto. What a shame, it used to be a nice place until the idiots took over management.
