THE RENT IS CHEAP BUT ITS NOT WORTH IT SPEND A LITTLE MORE MONEY AND LIVE SOMEPLACE ELSE. THIS APT HAS BUGS AND IS VERY NOISY. LOCATED RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE A COMMUNITY COLLEGE. <P>
