Apartment Review for Olive Tree Apartments

I lived in this place for 1 1/2 years, and consistently had issues with the help in the office. One big lady was extremely rude, snotty and unhelpful. My dishwasher did not work when I first moved in, and it took them 3 weeks to fix it. It would have taken longer had I not called to follow up with them on it. Additionally, my roof started leaking at 11:00pm one night, so I called the emergency maintenance line and was told it would be fixed the next day. It wasn't, and when I called the same line again, I was given a firm lecture that this was not an emergency and to leave them alone. I consider a leaky roof that looks like it's about to collapse an emergency, wouldn't you? <P>
