Apartment Reviews for Olive Tree Apartments - Glendale

I have had to write two certified letters to central management in Phoenix for things that they have never fixed
or for things they were too slow fixing. Sometimes they come
and fix things and they do not fix those well and things break
again and you keep calling them; i.e. my garbage disposal
broke two months ago. It was fixed; last month broke again
and it took 12 days to fix it. Last week it broke again and they
have not fixed it, not yet. I asked them about two months ago
to fix sides of door;they came to apartment, they said, and even they put a note saying that it was fixed. It was never
fixed!!!!! When I went to central office to check they had
a note in their computer saying that it was fixed!!! That was not true!!!!! I would not refer anybody to these apartments,
better look for another place to live, sincerely.

The parking lot does need to be resurfaced, but, I actually like it here and the rent is affordable and I can tell they actually care about me. When I moved in there were a few bugs, but the pest control took care of it pretty quick. <P>

I've lived here for about a year. I moved in because I needed a cheap place to live. I really like it here. The complex is big with lots of green trees and it's very convient that I can walk to school. Every time I have a problem I'm taken care of fast. The other people who wrote are crazy, this place is great! <P>
