Apartment Review for Pillar At Westgate

o.k I started to decide weather or not I should renew my lease next month.Let me first start by saying the reason why I moved into this facility in the first place was because it was very clean and well kept, when I leased my apartment I leased it with the leasing agent (SAM) this guy is what every company needs really cheerful answers any concerns that I had and when I moved in to my apartment it was spotless super clean the appliances looked new,the bathroom was really shiny and clean I literally could see my reflection off the bath tub lol,the only thing is when you have a major concern that you may have and you need to talk with the actual head manager,its like talking to a wall it never gets done,and then there was a time where I got back home from my doctors appointment where I found a notice/warning stating that there was a noise complaint coming from unit about my dog being to loud and that I needed to make a change or else I would be evicted, Im guessing the manager (GINA) did this,and f.y.I my dog is a well trained golden rechiever who helps with my disability being that I have a health condition my dog is very pet friendly and hardly never barks.I could have taken this to corperate but I dont need the drama.the manager (GINA) was a big hasel but I heard we have a new manager now so im still deciding weather I should renew my lease next month if I dont see changes soon, she should be terminated end of story.
