Apartment Reviews for Rosewood Apartments - Glendale

Hi I have lived here at Rosewood going on 3yrs and I think its a very nice place to live NOW...It wasnt to safe back then, but has done a good turn around...Now We have a new Manager that cares about the property and is doing things about it, unlike the other 2 Managers that have gone bye bye...She is making it a better place to live and has done a great job so in doing this. We now have a maintance guy that does the repairs and not goof off like past maintance workers that were here. It has gotten alot better here to live, its quiet and the riff raff is gong bye bye...And the people that are ******** and COMPLAINING is the riff raff that has gone bye bye so dont pay attention to there comments cause there just ****** off cause there leaase didnt get renewed...So come check Rosewood out and see for yourself..We have a NEW Manager and she is doing a great job..and YES she walks the property checking on things to make sure there getting done unlike the other Managers that have been here in the last 3 yrs...Keep up the good work to the Manager and Maintance crew..Hats off to You..
