i live in SHP for 15 months bcs its hard for me to move out.for any maintenance i have to call them directlly 5+ time
it says its gated but the gate doesnt have a lock. the back door cant be open so if u live on the back it takes u to drive 5min to get to the street no OFFENCE but so many weird ppl live there v. noisy and........
