Apartment Review for Summerhill Place Apartments

This place is a joke. Like the other people have said this apartment was not cleaned before we moved in. There is a stain in the carpet that looks like someone went pee on the floor. The bathrooms are gross. We have complained about our ac not working right and until it went out during one of the storms they finally fixed it, they said the fan went out well the fan was going out but they just never fixed it. Oh yea the hot water heater went out and one of the maintenance guys said they order a new one, then we had another stupid maintenance guy come and tell us our old was fixed well he was stupid because it was dead, so we waited for 4 hours while he kept on trying to fix the **** thing instead of just give us a new one, in the long run we never got a new one they just took it out of another apartment. There was also a time when the family upstair left their son home before he left for school and he started a fire in his apartment which i was out of my apartment at 7am because the fire department had to come and make sure everything was good so we could go back in. Yes the boy admitted to playing with a lighter to another person that lived in the complex but never admitted it to anyone else. to this day that kid and his family still live here they just moved them to another apartment that is how stupid this apartment staff is. Also about the cops here there are cops here on a daily base, there are times that we are trap in the complex because they refused to open the side gate until the people in this apartment complex break the lock so they can get it. There have been drug bust and shooting here, plus with the field on the other side its bad new for people. There have been lots of break in for people living on the first floor and the second floor. There was a guy who tried to break into a girls room lucky she screamed so her parents could scared the guy away. If I have the money i would move out now but I live pay check to pay check.....HATE THIS PLACE LIVING IN ****
