I've called Summerhill Place home for five years. I can say this is the best management by far. They actually care about the residents, take our suggestions into consideration and are always bringing something new to the community. I have two kids and this is the first management company that has had events for them and I appreciate that. Manager seems cool and the staff is always helpful so I give them a thumbs up.

The new management staff is amazing! They are very friendly and always have a postivie attitude! They're also open 7 days a week! Making it alot more conveinent for me since I work all week. My rent is low and I love my apartment!

Summerhill Place has really changed since my mom lived here a few years ago. They have added computers for us to use, a fitness center and a great new playground that my kids love. The staff is super friendly and they are open every day. Made me happy enough to write a review anyway!

We needed the apartment quick and they had availabilty. When we moved in the apartment was nice and clean, and the small details we noticed upon move-in were taken care of quickly.
