Black Mold! Roaches! No air!

I cnt wait until my lease is up. We have been through so much living here. I have a one year old child and I cant even play with him on the floor w/o a roach jst walking past us on the carpet. The air has needed to be fixed numerous times and I jst recently found out from the neighbors I share a wall with that there is a sever black mold problem and thats why my neighbors jst moved. I have been sick on/off since I have moved in and I am never sick. Tha staff is very rude and does things at there own time. I am seriously considering of jst up and leaving my lease but I fear for my credit. I think I am jst going to get a lawyer involved instead. For future ref: DONT MOVE IN HERE!

I've heard the same about the black mold and all the people have left the building where they are because of it. I wonder if the mold problem has anything to do with all the water problems all the time when they shut our water off without notice..

I have not found a better deal, regardless of the crime. These are the nicest apartments in the west valley that you can get for a relatively cheap price. My husband and I are interested in these apartments. Is there any news good or bad that we should know? This will be our first apartment if we decide to move in.
