Apartment Reviews for The Villas At Camelback Crossing - Glendale

I have lived here since August of last year, I enjoy talking to the new staff who took over they are real friendly and helpful, they are getting things done. I had my dryer acting up and it was taken care of with in the two days. I do see the maintenance personal walking around and also on their golf carts cleaning in the early morning. I understand that at times I will find trash cans overflowing and sometimes dog poop on the lawn but the maintenance personal didn't do it and I think they do a pretty good job trying to pick up after those who do, I haven't really seen the security patrol walking around but I have seen his vehicle parked outside, I haven't had a reason to call them, the complex seems pretty quiet at night. I am happy living here and have no regrets moving in.

All I can say about previous reactions about these apartments is that it was under their old management team. The new managment has only been here 2 months, and its amazing how much more active and involved they all are. All the girls in the office are friendly and helpful. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and am considering myself a long term resident, I have been here since 2008. Every place has their ups and downs but Camelback is one of those places that even their downs are not even close to previous places I've lived in. They have good people, good prices, and amazing pools. What else could you ask for? BTW- I've NEVER had a bug problem as some others are claiming, they have pest control come once a month and free pest control to spray your home weekly for free if thats what you want. Also.. if you had to pay $1600 in late fees YOU did something wrong, they are not held responsible for your lack of communication or trying to be above what their policies are. Just sayin...

Lived at this place for 6 months and it has been really good. No complaints. Apartment is nice, people are nice and area is nice. Close to my work and the freeway. I like the fitness center because it's opened all the time.

I just moved in from out of state sight unseen. I must say I have been very impressed with the apartment, the community and the staff. They made it an easy transition during my ordeal. I would recommend this place to my co-workers since it so close to where we work. I am very glad that I picked this place.

I have just signed up for another year in my three bedroom! The staff takes care of everything and still has time to plan and put on great parties. If your looking for a place to call home this is it! Plus they pay you if yours friends move in! I love the extra cash!

We moved to the Villas two months ago! We got a great deal!!
Love our apartment, the maintenance staff has been great. We like that the office calls to make sure everything is ok in our apartment.Office has free movie rentals!!!!

I RECENTLY MOVED HERE TO THE VILLAS AND LOVE MY NEW HOME! THE STAFF TOOK GREAT CARE OF ME FROM THE DAY I RENTED I JUST RELOCATED HERE AND I COULD HAVE NOT MADE A BETTER CHOICE. THE CLOSETS ARE VERY SPACIOUS ALL OF MY CLOTHES ACTUALLY FIT AND THE ROOMS ARE PERFECT SIZES FOR MY DAUGHTER AND I. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY MAINTANACE PROBLEMS SO FAR BUT A COUPLE NIGHTS AFTER LIVING HERE THEY HAD A GET TOGETHER FOR THE RESIDENTS AND I WAS ABLE TO MEET ONE OF THE MAINTANCE GUYS AND HE WAS VERY HELPFUL ON SOME TIPS AND SUGGESTIONS FOR JUST MOVING IN! I HAVE MADE A GREAT CHOICE MAKING THE VILLAS MY NEW HOME AND I PLAN ON HAVING A LONG STAY HERE!

Moved here in 2007 with Teachers of America. Love my apartment and the location. Several of my co-workers also live here!Would rather own my home in the Mid-West...just don t like the AZ heat :-)!

I love the location and ease to roads and pools.Resident activities, too!

i love the building, nice, clean. No crazy people walking around from off the street! over all i love it here! BUT......the parking.... it is crazy...if you don't get here in time you are out of luck! they need to expand and make more parking..... maybe they should take down the "garage" to make parking!!!

I have never had such a great place. It would be nice if they would take down the "not going condo" signs. WE GET IT!!! It is usually quiet around here. It would be better though to have the back entrance working again. Having to drive around the entire complex to get home sucks. Otherwise, a pretty nice place. <P>
