Apartment Review for Remington Ranch

I lived in Remington Ranch from about 2007-2009. It was nice when I moved in but by the time I moved out was run down and rented to questionable tenants. The pools were dirty nearly all the time so I stopped using them even though the issue was brought up to the office. Turnover in the office was constant and had little sense of consistency. When I moved out, I presented the office with Active Duty Military Orders of which they refused to waive my early termination fee of around $1,000 or more.

This is the only rental situation I Ever had any problems with in over 10 years of renting from various companies and individuals.
