Apartment Review for Argenta

Every bad review this place has is warranted. I lived there for 4 years. The first 2 weren't to bad until I upgraded to larger apt. with what they said was newly renovated. Granted I got new kitchen appliances but complained few times for two 2 years about washer/dryer. When I moved into "renovated" apt. there were tears in "new" linoleum, baseboards missing (which still weren't replaced after TWO years). The ROACHES are horrific! I didn't see them in 1st apt but did in 2nd apt.and since new mgmt. took over their excuse is to blame old management and take no responsibility to spray or take action!!! I moved out because I couldn't take it anymore! The complex has gone down the drain since I first moved in. I had to throw out couch and linen afraid of taking roaches with me. My neighbor had moved out due to roaches and bed bugs! This place is sick! Sadly enough there is nothing I can think of to feel compensated for everything. Especially having to buy alow of NEW household items just to ensure I don't bring roaches with me. This place should be condemned!!!!
