Apartment Review for Argenta

I dont know where to begin. My wife and i were first time renters and this experience has really scared us. Ill start with the management company. (we've had 2 now) They couldnt care less about you as a customer. They will seldom return your calls (even maintenance) and they have admitted to unethical practices (they were audited in the summer and reprimanded for falsifying information) They are irresponsible...documentation is their weakest point. They have lost our rent, posted it to the wrong apartment, or flat out given us an evictions notice because they didnt process our rent on time.
The "repairs" are horrible. We have had our water shut off for over 14 hours in one day over a period of ten days (but rest assured they wont do it on weekends) once the repair man left without turning water back on so it was off all day and night. The piping didnt work when they did repair it and we had to have individual work done on the apartment. They are not compliant with our requests to see how we are charged for water...for example we pay a ridiculous 50 dollars a month for water sewer and trash...but even when our water is off for 10 days we pay the same amount that month.
I could go on and on. NOT one experience has left me happy...not even when signing the lease. They moved our move in date back a day and notified us of this change THE NIGHT BEFORE we were to move in...That should have been the red flag for me but we didnt have anywhere else to go in such a short notice. Please, dont put yourself through this nightmare. I know its a good price and the staff is extremely friendly...but i promise you your life will be **** in this place.
