Apartment Review for Colores Del Sol

I have lived at Colores Del Sol for a year and a half . Since I moved in I have watched it fall apart . There are children everywhere w/o parents supervision . My car has been keyed , egged , tires flattened . You can never take advantage of the amenities because the manager makes her own hours and things are locked when it is convienent for her. I never receive my packages on time . The Post Master has informed me the manager is not in the office so she can not leave packages with her . The apartments are nice sized and the attributes are nice when you can use them. <P>
