Apartment Review for Courtyard Towers

Positives:
Nice Facility, good food, nice activities director.
Negatives:
If you have many medicines that need to be given at specific times, think twice. They do not regulate their medication dispersal very well. She might get it at 1 pm one day and 4 pm the next. No one keeps an eye on residents. If one of the residents doesn't show up for dinner, no one questions w here they are.
The aids don't always give showers.
Dietary requests aren't always followed. For example, my mother's drinks have to be thickened for her to swallow them. One time my mother went and asked an aid to make her a drink and the aid told her to get a drink from the water fountain! Upon leaving the Towers, my mother had a sever bladder infection, I can only wonder if it was because she was not receiving enough drinks because of their laziness about making the drinks.
EXPENSIVE! They nickel and dime you the entire time. Don't let them talk you into paying for the room months in advance.
