It's too bad that the staff is so over worked that they don't care anymore. Carpets to tenants who are there to stay don't get changed. The staff takes lunch at the same time, thus closing the office for a window of time. The office is closed too early. Carlsbad Development needs their stock to sell for 1 cent because thats all the company is worth. There are a lot of really old A/C units which need desperately to be changed out. Lots of kids and messy tenants as well as TWEAKERS. Word is out that they want to turn these into Condos. Well you need to see if anyone will buy GHETTO Americana, because that is what they will get. $190,000 GHETTO condo thats worth maybe 40,000 or as low as 20,000, no more. Termites, lots of outside bugs. I could go on, but I have to find another place to stay. <P>
