I relocated from the east and this is the worst Apt I've ever been in. Moved in, toilet had been running probably for the 2 mo. I had holding the unit. Disposal rusted out, took weeks to fix. Nothing is to code. Walls are thin, can hear neighbors snoring. Rent is ridiculous; some units share a water bill, when I pay rent, usually before it's due, the office doesn't have the current bill. They are nice enough to allow you to pay more to cover the potential difference. No one follows the assigned parking spaces, which are small.

i agree with everything you said i live at falcon glen and have been here since 05 when my wife and i first came here they were strict about who they let move in and now all you have to have is money they dont care about if your a crook another thing they are slow about getting things fix it took me 3 and a fire to get my stove replaced also for the last year my air condition has worked right since they worked on it and that took me to tell them i would call the health department because of the black mold that had developed in my apartment because of the air conditioning was leaking all over everything in the closet so my goal is to move out of this roached fested rat hole and move to a nicer place to live another thing some of the neighbors that live around me get real load and i work all night and have to sleep in the day time i ask them if they could not do so much pounding in there apartment in the morning so i could get a little rest and all i get is its there apartment and they will do what they want so it the same thing every day so i know how things` are here and ill be glad when i move
