Apartment Reviews for Pennytree Apartments - Mesa

I have lived here for almost two years and have read the reviews on this site and want to set the record straight! All the current negative stuff I have read is completely untrue. And what I am positive about is,that these people who have said these things are people that have had problems with Pennytree that the tenant themseleves created, not Pennytree! There is no infestation of any type because the Pennytree has a pest control company come every week, that is made available to the tenants that need it at no cost to the tenants. Also if the office needs to contact you because you are in violation of your lease that is on the tenant. Even when this happens they are fair and reasonable. These people who are posting these lies are people who have not done the right thing like, paying your rent and on time, not cleaning their apartments and damaging them and people who are simply in violation of their lease agreement. These people are angry for stuff they did and then want to blame Pennytree for problems they created. Not very mature!
Now, that I have addressed the negative comments, all the positive comments are completely true! This a great looking property where all the amenitites are well maintained such as pools and landscaping. But really the great thing I think about Pennytree is that these are great units are at very low cost for units that are all bills paid. Nothing is limited, ice cold air and everything in the unit works. And if something does break in the unit it is repaired very quickly.
If you are looking for a great cheap place to live Pennytree is your answer!
