Apartment Review for Reflections At Red Mountain

Well, at first I thought is was fine. They were helpful and friendly and got me in quickly, but then they became rule crazy. The tenants can't have a grill and the appliances are very, very old so cooking was horrible and way to hot to cook inside half the year especially since the apts. are so small. Also, old appliances make for a higher electric bill. They don't want anything on the patios at all really accept a chair or 2.The apartments need a complete update. The pools are ice, ice, ice cold even in the summer and so almost knowone ever uses them (what a waste).Most tenants parking spot is know where near their apartment so be careful with that. One nice thing is that the apts. are in a nice location and close to everything. There are far worse places but these are so small and desperately need new appliances and cupboards. Way to small for a family but it's ok for one or two people for a short while.
