When I first saw the property I was pleasantly surprised. It's clean and well maintained. I really like my one bedroom. The closet is the best in town and the open floor plan is perfect. What little maintenance I've had done was done very quickly. It's really nice for the value.

I really love these apartments, The price is very reasonable (currently $450.00) for a one-bedroom (kinda small but perfect for one person). The landscaping is always nice, not too noisy, prompt maintance. The only reasons I am moving is
1. My fiance and I now want a larger apartment,
and 2. We want a place that allows cats.
Those are really the only downsides to the place...fairly small apts. and they don't allow pets (except certain birds or very small animals (gerbils).
